Offset question...please help

E60 (2004 - 2010)

Offset question...please help

I got my hands on a set of Staggered 18" Miro 111's. The front wheels are 18x8.5 with an offset of 33 and the rears are 18x9.5 with an offset of 45. Will these work on my 2006 530i? Would i need anything else to get them to work?
