All 7 series BMW's are build in Dingolfing, Germany

There were few Bentleys in Israel even a Lamborghini but they were here only for few weeks before they had to leave because of regulations.
Most popular BMW's in Israel are the the 1, 3 and 5 series. Most rich people in Israel drive MB S CLASS or BMW 7 series, and there's alot of them here, so no one over reacts when he see one.
Nowdays you can also buy Ferrari's and Maserati's here. Ferrari's starts from $400k for the California and $630k for the new F12.
There is also a rumor about two Maybach's in Israel.

That's interesting.... what regulation would not allow a Bentley 'permanent residence' in Israel? They are such beautiful cars.

Is Porsche another popular brand? This is the best performance vehicle for the money.

Are the Korean cars making an impact in Israel.

I would think that the high tariffs and VAT rates governments impose should be greatly reduced or eliminated. Imagine the job creation possibilities were cars more accessible.

We have a saying here. Whenever you purchase a car, you send one as a gift to the government. (more than 160% taxes for a 3.0 L car)

You can't import a car to Israel if its not being sold here by an official dealership aswell. Before the Bentley dealership, for example, can start importing and selling Bentley's here he needs to make sure that his cars stands with all the regulations here, and that could take a while.. Why? Dont know... But that's the reason why only know Ferrari's are available here.
Porsche is really popular here, there are quite a few.
The best selling car here is a korean one, Hyundai i30.
President drives a Volvo s80 limo/ Audi A6. Prime minister drives mostly also in Audi A6. This year the Audi's are being replaced with BMW 528i.

I'm guessing the president and PM's vehicles are armored - how the hell do they move that much weight around with a little 528 engine?

I Checked it, and I was wrong.
All ministers can choose between BMW 528i or a Citroen C5. Up to now only one minister chose the 528i.
The president and the prime minister's A6 are going to be replaced with an armored A8
