Dealer Uses Mile One but they have terrible reviews.
Anyone found a decent shop? I'll need front bumper, metal work dent removal

Don't take this as accurate, but I seem to recall reading a post by someone that Russell BMW is the only one that has some kind of special repair certification.

I can strongly recommend Burnt Mills Auto Body on Colesville Road. Over the last ten years or so, they have done excellent work on 4 different Bimmers of mine; their prices are reasonable and they work very well with my insurance co. And to the best of my knowledge, they use only OEM parts.
