BMW 2010 750 I XDrive Steering Wheel

Hi Guys... i just bought a 2010 BMW 750I Xdrive and it has the stock steering wheel... can i purchase the thicker one with the 10+2 indented bumps and have it installed on my car... or is that steering wheel only for an M Sport model. Thanks!!!

You can. I did have it installed. but beware, it'll be costly because you'll not only need a new steering wheel, buttons, trim etc. but also a new airbag module.

Was it worth the 4k in your opinion?

Yeap every penny. You can much better hold the steering wheel (thx to big fingers), and the M wheel has a smaller diameter so it doesn't touch your legs anymore while driving. Also the leather is much nicer. I'm sure you can get a better quote in US and sell the extra one on Ebay like I did. So the end quote would be more like 2k.
