750Li 06 AC always on?

During moderate weather I don't want AC or Heat on. But the climate system is always on when I start the car. Rather than have to push "off" every time, is there any way to set the default to "off". Can't find it anywhere. Thanks! Don

Mine does the same thing. I believe its a coding issue...I thought I saw this setting on one of the coding sheets for NCSExpert. If you have the NCSExpert and the cable you can change this setting, if not your INDY should be able to do this. But don't take it to the stealership.

I turn everything OFF before I shut the car down. However, b/c of the way it's coded, when I start the car the A/C or Heat is ON. Yes, thru coding you can default it to OFF. As soon as I can get my laptop working again, I will check this out further.
