it will void your warranty and make your transmission/engine wear out faster. more wind resistance, more problems

The front of the 07-10 E92 PRE LCI and the 11+ E92 LCI models are different. With that being said, the front bumper and hoods are not interchangeable. The side skirts, rear bumper, and trunk can be swapped between the models.

I'd recommend that you check out the following parts:

E92/E93 LCI M-tech style front bumper



E92/E93 M3 style side skirts




E92/E93 M-tech style rear bumper





E92 CSL style trunk (FRP or Carbon fiber)

Lol wow... Haha thanks for that link made my day. I have to say though I have seen a pretty good Hyundai Tiburon Ferrari Body kit before.

To the OP though, the great thing about BMW is that it doesn't go peacocking around like most car makers. Even the M3 looks fairly "settled down".

A nice front lip, some upgraded (tasteful) angel eyes, nice rims, nice tame small lip rear wing, maybe some side skirts, lower it a little? You really don't need much more in the looks department. IMO at least.
