overheating problem!!

overheating problem!!

hello all! need help asap! i have a 2001 bmw 330ci and its over heating. heat dose not work and not sure if that could be the reason its running hot. i changed water pump and thermistate and aslo bled the lines but no go. when it gets close to running hot sometimes the heat kicks on and the temp starts to cool down a little..... any ideas?
