Most wheels from sport package e46's look good. Aftermarket I tend to like styles by BBS and O.Z. But they are mucho dinero. Make sure you leave enough in the budget for good quality tires too.

I'd recommend that you check out the Sportline CS.16 CSL style wheels for your 2002 BMW E46 325i. The wheels are rotary forged and are not only lightweight but are also very strong. They're also really affordable for the quality of wheel your getting.
