Talking Neep help Identifying these wheels

I found this on someones Avatar I believe and love the wheels, does anyone know the brand/ type of these wheels. Also the rear wing is awesome and would like to know where to find one of those also! I'm brand new to bimmerfest so I hope to contribute as well as learn from everyones experience!

Rondell 21's - had them on my E39 several years back (previous owner bought them), hated them, just didnt look right. I agree with the socks on the wrong feet comment - thats exactly how i felt!
