Lighting Package - Stock

Get the Xenons if you can, the halogens looks like hot garbage compared to them. Not to mention the difference in lighting power.

The majority of F30s are 328, and the majority of them aren't upgraded to Xenons. It makes the car more unique as well.

If you go search on BMWs website in the used car/certified area you will find hundreds of 328s. So few of them have xenons. The price is the same as it was in the E90 days, and just from seeing a few F30 328s on the road, none have xenons. It is just so distinctive on a 3 series only because it is not common.

I screwed up not getting the Xenons and should have known better having had them on prior cars. A car like this should have em.

i can live without xenon since i live in the urban area with tons of light at night.
but can't resist the much better look with xenon.

I have a question. Just got a 2011 328i and it has halogen bulbs with projectors. I want to go Xenon. Where do I find this? Is it a complete set or just bulbs?

You should be able to upgrade to brighter halogen bulbs, but I don't think you can go from halogen to xenon easily.

also another point is that it will deter thieves who are after HIDs
(just trying to make myself feel better for not getting xenon's )

lol I knew I couldn't live like this in the long run so I got em. I can't imagine. BUT, you have to balance ur options.

I'm driving a loaner while my car is getting the ASS re-program plus addressing a whistling sound. The loaner has the standard halogen lights and it was ok driving in town where there are street lights. Once out of town and in the suburbs, I missed having the xenons. Also, there is NO comparison between the halogen high beams and the xenon high beams - night and day.

If they find the source of the whistling sound, please let us know. It's quite intriguing I must say.

The F30 LED/Xenon lights look the nicest of any car on the street. The DRLs are just so damn bright, which is awesome. I haven't seen the 2013 7er with full LED lighting while driving, so I reserve the right to change my mind

get the lighting package for $900 extra you won't regret it, trust me i almost made that mistake not getting it. i'm very happy i did

Starting to see quite a few F30s on the road now, usually at least one a day, but I haven't seen a single one without xenons around here...

The new 328 comes stock with halogen lights you have to pay $900 extra in order to get the xenon lights, that's what i did and my dealer told me that this was the first new 2013 328i xdride he seen with Xenon lights, they come stock on the 335, i made my dealer find me a 328 with the Xenon lights it took about a week to find but he did, for me if your going to get any BMW you must get the lights it's one of the key features that make the BMW stand out from the crowd.

get the xenons. I didn't and the regular headlights suck.

I could not agree more! Had a loaner for a week and in this area of PA street lights are nonexistent, had to drive with the high B all the time and even with those I couldn't see $hit!
Get the lights man that's only like $18 bucks a month extra on the lease or finance payment

It's more like $710 for the lighting package if you can convince the dealer to give it at invoice price.

I think xenons should be made standard on 328i. And be removed as an option from 320i. Keep the higher models distinct
