secondary air pump simulator (SAP sim), plug & play, *no wire splicing*
$145 shipped via USPS Priority Mail
I'm now offering the best secondary air pump simulator in a plug & play version that installs in 10 minutes with no wire cutting/splicing and no permanent modifications to your engine harness or O2 wiring! Works on any M52/S52 car - e36 328/M3, Z3 (M models), 528. Just unplug the secondary air pump, connect the SAP sim to its power connector then unplug both pre-cat O2 sensors and connect the SAP sim connectors to the O2 sensors connectors and engine harness O2 connectors. ![]() These are higher quality than the other SAP sims out there: -electronics sealed in epoxy for protection against moisture/vibration -high-temperature, color-coded GXL wire cut to correct length and covered in wire loom -mounting tab for installation -individually tested -money back guarantee: if you install properly on a m52/s52 and have any issues you can return it for a full refund within 2 weeks of purchase Also available without the o2 connectors (requires splicing) for $95 shipped - http://www.bimmerfest.com/forums/sho...757&highlight= |

Most common case is the installation of aftermaket headers that do not have air injection ports.

it just came in the mail. still need a little guidance though. my check engine light is currently on due to a faulty SAP. should i reset the light and then install the SIM or visa versa?

Either way, doesn't really matter. I believe a SAP-related CEL will also clear itself after a number of cold starts once the SIM is installed.

ok. when looking at the engine from the right fender, which is plug 1 and plug 2? i don't want to plug in the wires that go to plug 1 to plug 2. or, does it not matter?

No, but I recently did one for a 2002 M3. The voltage, wire lengths, and connectors are different on e46 cars. I'm not sure if you 323 is the same as a M3, please PM me if you are interested. Thanks.
