Repairing stone chipping

So when I acquired my E46, it was pretty marred with stone chips on the hood.

It's a little hard to see in the pic, but trust me, there are hundreds of them.

How would you go about repairing this without a total respray?

Hi thank you for replying... I placed an order last night for the product online from Ezchiprepair.com because their product seem to work great as to what I see.. so I will give you an update on that. Your car has a lot of chips, the product would be good to use on it also, but its going to take some time. Repainting the vehicle is going to cost too much, if you have the time I think you should consider the touch up paint and give it a try.

Common issue, the kits help, but the only way to make it perfect is a repaint. I know my hood really needs to be repainted (and I should probably replace my windshield while I'm at it). But it's always a cost/benefit decision. Let us know how the Ezchiprepair kit works out.

Hi, I purchased the product from EZ Chip Repair and it was the best decision I have ever made.. the product is inexpensive and it works great.. its the exact match of my car paint and the chips are no longer visible, my car looks as good as new again... I even recommend it to a few friends and they were satisfied with the results. if you ever have any chips or you know of anyone with any, you can recommend this product, its a good choice. Thank you
