Ordered the Eisenmann race!!

Hey guys, made a deal with a fellow forum member and bought the Eisenmann race exhaust for my 650!

are you getting the M6 rear bumper too? I'm searching for a used eisenmann too then Duraflex M6 conversion then Vorsteiner carbonfiber diffuser and front splitter, that's my plan. I'll subscribe this thread.

My exhaust guy is going to mod my 650 bumper. I may do the haman rear lip and the CSR front lip soon too.

Besides, I found a guy selling his M6 Race exhaust, do u know will it work on our 650i? Beside the longer piping. I'm getting the M6 rear bumper anyway. Hope somebody gonna answer this.

Our pipe is 2.25" and the M6 is 2.5. Will you do the whole exhaust from the cats or just the muffler? If just the muffler, you will need a reduction pipe.

Thanks for the information. Eisenmann only come with the muffler so if I want that i have to redo the whole piping? It would be expensive for the total cost right? Because I found a deal for M6 eisnmann, still new and the guy selling for 2,3k, thats why I was thinking of getting it for the same price of 650i one.

You won't need new pipes, just a reduction pipe where you are joining it to your current setup. Your exhaust shop will know what to do. If your planning on upgrading to an M6 rear and can get the exhaust at a good price, then go for it!!

Updated the pics...

The install was a bit tricky, on the passanger side. i didnt seem to sit well and was touching the heat shield. Had to do some modding in there for it to fit properly. Also cut the bumpers to make these massive tips fit!

There is no way I'd go that loud with my 6er but my M3 is similarly loud.

Unless you hammer it, it really isn't that bad. Regular driving can keep the noise level down. The muffler isn't a regular full flow through muffler. When you step on the gas... Completely different story. A beautiful higher pitched whine. So happy with the results. I also have my resonators removed as well with the x pipe installed.

Eisenmann's aren't cheap, that's for sure. Quoted anywhere from $2500 to $3000 shipped to canada. A few board sponsors sells it. I actually got it for a steal from a board member in California. Must of wrecked his car and parted the exhaust out. Had a few thousand miles on it. Keep your eyes open for something like that. If your patient, deals will come!

I have x pipe and oem M6 mufflers but your car sounds much better than mine....i think that is for the eisenmann mufller you have....

Your eisenmann is the one for M6 right?

On the welded plate it says "e64 e63 650i". The tips are huge though... I didn't think they had these oval ones for the 650i model. Possibly a custom order was done, not sure.

I went to their website and can't find thing like this. What a limited edition muffler. Haha. I have the M6 eisenmann on hand but haven't save up enough for the M6 rear bumper. Dying for it right now.

Is it possible to just install it on the 650i OEM bumper first? Then when I got the M6 bumper I'll fix it later? If it's only about the look then I think I'll be find. I can't just sit still seeing your video.

I'm sure it will fit, you will just need to cut your stock 650i bumper like I did. The tips will hang out several inches. Will definitely look odd, but if you can stomach it short term, then go for it. Also challenge is if you plan to sell your stock rear bumper, your buyers may be limited due to the fact that they may not want a cut bumper. Your call. Either way, you will love the exhaust.

Can you post a video with the car on movement on high acceleration?.... I want to ear it from stop to the max.....
