A Christmas to Remember (ED Style)

My kids and I thought of a cool way to remember our ED trip this summer. Our Christmas train set now has a BMW addition. One fond memory from our trip was driving our new F10 onto a train and being hauled through the Lotschberg Tunnel. Unfortunately I couldn't find a diecast 550i in the 1:24 size, but this M3 will do just fine.

By the way, if you're interested in trains sets I recommend LGB trains. They are yet another great German product.

Also, if you're wondering why my Christmas tree is already up in November, it has less to do with the tree, and more to do with the train set carrying our newest little Bimmer.

Merry Christmas!

Very cool! Not quite the same experience, but I thoroughly enjoyed doing the channel tunnel in my M3 - definitely a cool experience to be on a train -- in a car!

Looks like your kids were having a blast too.

Grew up with a love of trains, had the train set, setup under the tree each year. How cool that your family was able to take a train trip with your car and then have a train set under the tree to remember the trip. Very nice! Kids look very happy too.
