Wink Fix jammed ashtray

Btw, you can unjam the lid by first removing the top of the lid by pressing down and sliding the lid towards the driver. The top will come off revealing 3 holes. Insert a small screwdriver or paper clip and shift the offending coin so it no longer binds the folding mechanism for the lid.
You will probably need a flashlight to see through the hole.
Fussy work but can be cleared in a couple minutes. Much easier than taking to the dealer.

Note to self... Don't do this again!

Is the optional coin holder larger than the ashtray?

I just realized that I didn't close the loop on this. It arrived and fits just fine on my 2012

Same size including depth. I bought it since I needed a spot to stash my garage door fob (the type that can't be cloned) and it fit perfectly.
