I've heard of the fuel gauge going a little crazy after filling up the fuel tank with the car running, which is remedied by disconnecting the battery. You can try this, but in all likelihood you need a new fuel level sending unit as Phantom mentioned above.

I'll chek it tomorrow, if the fuse trick works, i'll be so happy... but it doesn't work ... i'll need to buy fuel pump, and all of the stuff ...

1) Nobody said to replace your fuel pump (or "all of the stuff")
2) It's most likely your fuel level sending unit/sensor, and 3) I recommended to disconnect the battery, not remove a fuse

Is it blinking on the outside of the car, but not on your instrument cluster? If so, replace the indicator bulb behind your instrument cluster.

Fuel is probably the sending unit. Disconnecting the battery could reset it and bring it back to life...
The non blinking bulb, is a burned out bulb in the cluster. It's easy to come out, 2 torq screws and you're all set.
