If you're off Terry Fox, you're literally 3 mins drive from my house, I'm on the south side of Braeban Golf course, off of Blueheron Drive !! If possible your schedule wise, we can definitely do a late nighter.......

The Tim's @ 2075 Sheppard Ave East is the ideal location for all.

It shouldn't be top busy on a Sunday and there's ample parking on the East side of the lot since there's only 5 of us.

What about location?? Although I work at Steeles and 404 area but don't know of a tims with nice open parking lot to be able to do a photo shoot

It should take +/-30 Mins from Liverpool Rd in Pickering, so let's meet at the car park of Loblaws Super Centre (West of Liverpool/South of the 401 @ 1.30 PM?

There is Tim's at NE corner of Steeles and Don Mills. See here.

If too crowded there for pic, there is a school nearby where parking lot likely empty on Sunday. See here.

All this is just west of Hwy 404 and Steeles. If coming from Mississauga, probably faster to take 407 to 404 south.

The weather doesn't seem to be cooperating as it looks like we might have snow flurries tomorrow between 2~3 PM and 1C temperature.

So a photo shoot may only produce snow covered Ds!

But we can still meet in the Tims and talk shop?

Yep I agree, I will still drive out and be there for 2PM, hope to meet all but if you miss no worries we can have another one into the new year

Yes we will do it again. Learned that if you turn off the DTC and hold the button for a few secomds more the whole thing turns off. Nice to know for winter driving when some wheel spin is desireable. I have lots more pics once I figure how to upload. Good to see and meet everyone

Thanks all for coming, it was a fun driving down to Edwards Gardens from Timmies together!!

I think its going to be an ongoing event going forward. Yes I've always driven my D with Traction control off i.e. pressing GTC off button and let go. I tried what Kanuck suggested on my way back on the highway, keeping the button pressed for 5 secs completely "de-activates" DTC. I like the throttle response more by just de-activating traction control, completely de-activating DTC turned some other stuff off as well and throttle response was not the same.

windammer thanks for the photo shoot, DC took some nice pics too along with Kanuck and Moose, looking forward to getting these pics posted.

Kanuck your red D is unique looks nice in that color, all our D's have winter shoes on now but windammer is the dare devil still running on summers nice black wheels on the black beauty..... there were 2 M sport, mine and Moose's, DC's got some nice winter wheels too they looked good on the car when rolling.

We missed GreekboyD since we all wanted to know more about ECU upgrade/tuning. Hopefully he can make it next time, probably in January 2013 subject to weather etc.

Sounds good. My D is a Tasman Metallic Green so I guess it'll be the lone there in that colour too.

Well I was wrong about the weather and it did not snow but we got sunshine instead.
It was nice to finally meet some fellow D owners from Bimmerfest.
