fuel filter change on my 1993 bmw 325is
Looking for the best way to change the fuel filter on my 93 325is. This year and other early E36 models had the filter mounted on the LF motor mount in the engine compartment. BRILLIANT! Also will change the power steering reservoir/filter which is mounted out of the way and lower than later models. Otherwise, I really enjoy this car and have had very few problems (I am the original owner) Looking forward to any helpful info. Regards

I'm researching the same DIY. Found some good stuff on BForums, follow the links:
http://forums.bimmerforums.com/forum...d.php?t=865169 There is also a step by step (no video) on the BavAuto site. Not too many original E36 owners around here. Good luck!

I changed mine from top, although i had to loosen one fuel line from beneath, tightening it back was maddening.
Recommend to remove airflow sensors etc out of the way. |
