Persistent code P1550 with check engine light

Hello,
my 1998 740il just got a new (used) motor put in. It runs very well at normal speed. Idle a little shaky. So I replaced the idle control valve. Still gives cope P1550. New plugs. Already did leak test with sprays. Running out of ideas. Help! please
