MTECH II Bumper & Hood/Trunk/Door Handles (Painting)

So. Basically I'm wondering about the average price to get each of/all of these touched up and painted. The bumper I've been really wanting to pick up because I like the style, and the price for the bumper isn't too bad (though it could be better), but the price to paint it seems like it could be a bit... excessive. My hood has a few exceptionally light marks on it. As if a dime came by and touched that part of my hood, taking with it the top most layer of paint in a few spots. It's not really noticeable, but it's a bit annoying to me. My trunk has a few scratch marks on it that are light and you can't feel them with your hand (of the same nature as the ones on the hood). The door handles have marks from when the previous owner touched the insides of the handles with his keys every time he opened the door... . Steel Blue, if that matters.
Anyhow, could anyone give me an estimate/idea as to where to look if you've had similar, if not the same work done before.
