Passenger side brake light
I having a problem with my brake light. When I turn the bulb holder all the way and it clicks in it goes out. If I dont turn the holder fully the light works .Ive tried different bulb holders. Could it be the part that the bulb holders twist into.??? Anyone with a similar problem? All replies apppreciated.

You will need to get in there with a flashlight and look at the tail light more closely. Are you absolutely positive you have the correct bulb? If bulb holders from the other side don't help, then the tail light mating surface maybe messed up. You might be able to fix it up, but you may also need to replace the tail light assembly. Factory tail lights are not cheap...

I have access to a pair of tail[ghts.Also it is not the third brakelight.Thought someone may have had a similar situation. Thanks

Did you try swapping the backup light to the brake light position?

I didnt really have time to diagnose yet. Athough I did switch some bulbs and sockets from the drivers side. I believe its the housing. Ill check real oem.

Problem solved,The brake light housing had a bad socket connection,the metal was bent making for a bad connection. .Switched it out with another housing .All works fine now.
