I need to find out how much would it cost me to have the weather strips on my windshield and the cluster repair? I can hear the breeze noise coming through my driver side when I'm driving 65-70 miles on the freeway. Please advise.

Are you sure it's not from a missing jack pad up front? Have you checked?

+1 on the source of the noise.
And what's with a poll on a cost estimate? Contact BMWNA for possible relief on the pixel fix. Some get it and some don't, so be very nice.

Road noise associated with missing jack pads is very well documented. Can be solved by installing a new jack pad or using duct tape (not duck tape), the handyman's secret weapon.
