Pull ahead and MSD
Hi all, I'm planning on taking advantage of the pull ahead program offered by BMWFS. How does the MSDs work on the car that's being turned in for the "Pull Ahead"? I know on a regular lease end car it is payed from BMWFS, what about on a car that's being turned in early for pull ahead? Paid from BMWFS or the dealer? Thanks!

BMW Financial will mail you a check in the amount minus any excess miles or misc fees

Thanks...just want to be clear on the pull ahead since I've never done the pull ahead before and make sure the dealer doesn't pull a fast one on me...Can any dealers confirm?

If your dealer allows you to sign over the MSDs on the turn-in, make sure the amount is appropriately applied on the contract of the pull-ahead. Within ~2 weeks, FS mailed us the final statement on the turn-in showing we owed nothing and a check for the full amount of the MSDs. Excess miles/fees were factored in when the dealer purchased our turn-in. Last edited by xi2d; 12-01-2012 at 09:53 AM. |
