Moonlight, Shadowline, BS v. CB, and a Jag

Did a little poking around the dealership the other day, and I captured some close ups of items I don't remember seeing pics of or different versions of the car for comparison.

I didn't have any epiphanies, but figured I'd share my findings.

First two pics: #1 Carbon Black 640i Convertible v. #2 Black Sapphire (BS) 650i GC.

#3: 464M wheels on the BS 650i GC.

#4 is my coupe with the aluminum trim and matte black on the side mirror v. #5 a 2013 CB Convertible with shadowline and gloss black (identical to shadowline) on the side mirror.

#6: Monlight black convertible top - black/silver weave.

#7 & #8: 6er family

#9 & #10: Silver M5

#11 - #12: Jaguar XK and XKR. Got to drive the XK as it was on the lot while the other was locked up. Would've liked to drive the XKR as it's a closer competitor to the 650i. I just stopped to take a peek and the salesman convinced me to take it out even though I'm not really in the market at the moment - what was I supposed to say???

Southern, came from a Jag(2010) into the 650 and i would never, ever go back. Reliability issues galore.

Yeah, that's why the BMW won out. I really only stopped at the dealer because I saw the XK on the lot as I was driving past and wanted to take a closer look. I was really kinda surprised he asked me to go for a test drive given my age and the fact that I told him straight away that I was just curious and not in the market at the present time. This car is a bit of a golden ticket when it comes to receiving first class treatment... especially from people paid on commission lol.
