Lease Question

Acquisition Fee, it should not be part of the capital cost of the car correct? My dealer has it in the cap cost, is that correct?

No thats correct. Cap cost has acq fee however its a discretionary fee so i would not pay it =)

I am still frosted about the residual dropping on the 13s to 51 from 59 on the 12s Diesels..cost about $5500 more. My own fault for not ordering the 12..same vehicle..with the discounts dropping, options rising and this deal on residuals , I have decided to wait and look at the 14s.

I have the 2012 BMW lease sheet, no 59% residual there, best is 54% at 36 months and 10k miles.
