Yeh, it's infested with "reality" shows (can't stand them).

I do though try to stay up to date with American Guy and Family Guy

Less than 5 hours per week for sure, sometimes it could be as little as 1 or 2 hours a week.

It would help tremendously if I could setup DVR on my HTPC, most of the shows Mrs Griff likes to watch are reality shows like Survivors and The Voice; Food Network, HGTV and DIY are nice to have, pretty much the 2nd tier choices for both of us. I'll give NFLX a shot after upgrading my home's WiMAX to LTE.
