Broken inside door latch
AS PROMISED...!
- Had driver side inside door handle go out on my 650I, found out it can be a bear, so added a few pictures to help the next person out.. Pictures will detail sequence of removal of door panel and where the problem was... Good Luck!!!

So the broken cable guide was the actual failure?

Yes ... The plastic guide was the problem, haven't been able to find part number for it, so had to makeshift a fix..
