328ix coupe 6 sp-no longer available?

Hi-Mike from LI, New York. Currently driving a 325xi Wagon. Went to the dealer yesterday looking for a new 328xi coupe with manual transmission. We were told that there were almost none available, and that we could not order one as production for that model has ended with the arrival of the 4. Is this accurate? Thanks, I was really surprised by that info. (if correct)

No, that is not correct regarding the ability to order an E92. The E92 is still in production and can be ordered. The F32 4 Series has not arrived yet. It is not even in production. Time to go to another dealership. Be sure to let the one you went to know their lying ways cost them a customer.

"we dont have one to sell you and wont order you one because we want you to buy something off the lot right now so we can bump our year end numbers up."

Thanks for the replies. I called another dealer who said he could build it for me, then my original dealer came through by saying he was able to order one by using another dealers "allotment" spot. My wife has her heart set on a coupe, and only a stick will do. She drove a 92 325is when the kids were little, before going through a dark period with a couple of SUV's. Btw this will be the 5th car I've bought from this dealer over a 20 yr period, 2 coupes and 3 wagons.

Some can and some can't, I believe the F30 328i can't but the F30 335i definitely can because I ordered one.
