E39 (1997 - 2003)
The BMW 5-Series (E39 chassis) was introduced in the United States as a 1997 model year car and lasted until the 2004 when the E60 chassis was released. The United States saw several variations including the 525i, 528i, 530i and 540i. -- View the E39 Wiki

Mein Auto: 2003 530i 5spd Manual
Umnitza- Been driving around for a few days, these are nice and bright. Glad I did them. I may do 3M electrical tape wrap in lieu of the the heat shrink. being mine are already assembled. Put some di-electric greas on the connections and call it a day. What about doing a anodized black set? That would be very sweet. and OE looking. I do industrial construction, so I deal with a lot of @$$hole engineers that nit pick everything to death. And what we build is to last 20-30yrs. Guess I'm picking that mentality up LOL.

great idea on the electric grease, most people would be better served using that. really really great tip!!

Black anodized, not our corporate colors - we're blue and orange, but we ARE making an Orange one - yeah yeah, not what you wanted to hear
