If car is on the water, from your experience how long till delivery, east coast

My car went from production to east coast delivery in exactly 2 weeks. I think it was about 5 days on the water.

I have not bought the car yet. It's one of the options I have so I have no access to the secure website. This car sounds promising then

This is impossible. It takes almost two weeks to cross the Atlantic.

Read the link I sent you. There is a lot involved in estimating delivery. Typically from order to dealer delivery is 4 to 6 weeks for east coast. You don't need access to the website to get an idea of how long it takes. The thread I linked is a good read, and will help set your expectations.

12/1/12 Arrived at port of entry
12/4/12 In transit

i doubt thats possible at this point, unless its already in production or waiting for a ship.
expect 4 weeks from start of production to delivery.
thats if there are any build allocations that are modifiable at this point.
you're looking more realistically at early mid jan.

11/8 ordered
11/9 car went into production
11/20 car out of production
11/26 car loaded onto ship
12/16 ETA for arrival at port
12/22 expected delivery date.

The car is on the ship which I believe has already left the port this week. I will get more information tomorrow. Thanks

My 335i coupe should be here around the middle of Jan.

On mine, "En Route to the U.S." status started 12/04. I spoke to my rep today and he told me the car will port in the U.S. on Dec 17 and will be at the dealership 5 days later (Dec 22). So, from the date of landing in the U.S. to the dealership is 18 days - in my case anyway.

If your car is on the water... it's probably sinking.

So after a wild day hunting down for an Estoril Blue 335i x driver I finally bought one today.

The one in the water (ship) was sold, at least that's what 2 cas told me, one said its still available. I went into search mode, found one and that one was sold as I was about to give my credit card info to put a hold on the car.

A lot of stuff happened but I found one after a day of drama

Yes I got 3 off sticker. I had actually done 4 but I did not want to pick the car up until the week of Xmas and he said he could not hold it for me till then. I had to give something up, hence the 3k

That sounds like a killer deal for a 335.

Finally, after the longest self imposed 2 week wait ever, I will be driving tonight to pick her up. By midday tomorrow (Saturday) I will be going WOT on her in the school districts of Delaware. Just in case you were wondering yes that last part is a joke.

I will be posting pics once the family and I have settled down. I had posted the specs for the car earlier but was pleasantly surprised that the car also comes with 19" mixed summer tires.

On picking up the car realized the car has the 19" wheels but no Harmon Kardon. Not complaining though, the base sound system is good enough
