24 month lease vs 36 month lease

Curios to find out some thoughts on leasing a Beamer for 24 month as opposed to the " standard" 36. I guess I'm asking from a financial sense.

Has anyone done it? Is it too quick? Pros, cons etc.

...All this while I'm looking for my elusive car.....
