Two options : Find a wrecked car and buy the trim, you will need every piece of the trim so check first what you need. Occasionally some pieces come up bit by bit on Ebay, especially if you look internationally, remember many of the items are the same but there are differences between left and right hand drive.
If you go to BMW to buy ? sit down before you ask the price !!!!!!!

I did a trim swap for my E92. Went from dark burl walnut to high gloss black. I bought the trim set from Tischer BMW.
