Low Beam Headlight Replacement
I have a 2006 X5 and I am having problems with one of the low beams. The light sometimes works and then it doesn't. I need to fix the problem, but not sure where to start. Would a new bulb replacement fix this problem? Normally a bulb either works or doesn't, which makes me wonder if this isn't the problem. Any info would help a lot. Thanks

|
Your ballast might be on the way out. Swap the ballasts and see if the problem switches to the other side. If so, it's the ballast. If not, it's the bulb. Always replace them in pair.
