wide body kit?

has anyone out there done just the rear fenders wide and left the rest alone? and would it look good on a vert modle?

that would look completely stupid on any model.

no, if you want a performance/track car .. buy a coupe or an m3.

it was a bad idea.

decently wide rear wheels can fit under the car without real modification, but if you are driving around with a stock m20 it will still be completely useless.

Yeah I'm trying to get that m20 out of there or turbo it but I need to do some more research on price to performance ratio

a modded m52 or s52 would be cheaper and yield reasonable hp, but still nothing to warrant drag tires in the rear.

research it. it all depends on your area and how much you can find the motor for. whatever price you find the motor for, add about $1000 for the rest of the parts to complete the swap.

Feel free to weld in your own fender flairs but I wouldn't go crazy with a wide body kit. I know someone selling a widebody Green/Zinno 318is/M52 Turbo race car shell if your interested Pm me. Its in the MD area if you wanted to make a road trip.
