what is potentially wrong with this car?

While I'm waiting on a response from the owner, any opinions? That car is stupid cheap, but if it runs and drives and doesn't look like the biggest pos e34 I've ever seen, surely there is something majorly wrong with it. I'm intrigued.

You'll have to wait and see what the seller says. It could need fluids and gaskets or a whole motor. we can't tell by those pictures
