Appreciate feedback on first time BMW lease offer in PA ...... Lighting package, premium package, heated front seats, automatic high beams, rear view camera, park distance ctl, BMW asst, BMW app. MSRP $46,195, invoice $43,728.
i have lease offer w/ 4k out of pocket cost for 39 month lease 10k mile, with .0013 money factor. 60% depreciation. Current offer is $452 monthly. Sounds high with 4K. Prefer to reduce but does use of MSD's help?

Yes, the use of MSDs totally helps. It reduces your MF quite a bit and is a much better use of your upfront money than a down payment "cap cost reduction"

What is the selling price aka gross cap cost?

What is being shoved into the 4k upfront?

BMWConfig says invoice is 42,695. Whats the breakdown of 2k upfront? First months payment + fees? In which case fees are a little high. What about the $1000 cash rebate?

You should find out the actual selling price of the car before rebate. find out exact amount of fees. Plug the numbers in a lease calc to verify their numbers.

Yes the 2K is for 1st payment, fees. I have used BMWConfig and it came back with the following....

Don't forget about the incentives available. BMW Config does not adjust for the $1000 holiday promotion (nor for the $750 loyalty)
