Ack no. That's one way to get yourself killed. If you're anywhere near average height anyway. I barely fit in the car at 6' tall.(my head hits the roof...I have no idea how people wear helmets in that car)So I wouldn't be able to see out the windshield with the visor down. And controlling the phone would be really uncomfortable if located at the visor.

Honestly if you were to go that route, it'd be better to modify a docking station under the arm rest.

Huh? lol. You mean you don't think I understood it?

But really...that would be a bad idea. No control over it...might as well use a radio. I didn't even know people used those anymore lol.

You have a sunglasses holder in your visor? That's quite a unique E36 you have.

ZeGerman was referring to the cubby under the OBC.

Eh, lol scene quite a few cars with em. My mistake though...holding about 5 different conversations atm, bound to miss a few things =) Also, that's a sunglasses holder? how the hell would they stay in there? lol. My arguements are still valid though. Any semi useable dock would get destroyed by the shifter, that and bad placement for quick viewing.

Doing something like this is on my future mod list. Find a way to integrate it into the console somehow.
