Z4 28i with these options-
Canyon Brown Sprts Pack Premium Sound Cold Weather Navigation BMW Apps List $57945 Lease - 39 Months, 10K Money Factor .00125 Cap Cost $2,550 ( incentives :Holiday, loyalty and BMW Apps) Fees: 1st month $519 Doc Fee $349 Acquisition Fee $875 Monthly payment, excluding Mass tax is $519 Deal feels good to me, but I trust the forums opinions.

How much are you putting down/ cash up front? Have you looked at what it drops to if you do Multiple Security Deposits (MSD)?

What is the sales price of the car? You give "list price" which I assume is MSRP, but what is the actual sales price of the car?
Do you know the invoice price? Build it at bmwconfig.com and figure it out, then negotiate up from there. Post your details for feedback. Remember, just because its a lease does not mean you don't negotiate the sales price.
