2013 650xi Gran Coupe - Checking numbers and options

Looking at the 650xi Gran Coupe. My dealer has located one that is well optioned:

MSRP $104,545 - 36 month lease with 10,000 miles per year, no money down = $1,115 / month plus tax.

I have leased several cars with this dealer in the past and have had great experience and love his no nonsense approach for pricing. My only experience has been with the 5 Series cars over that last 15 years and love the 650xi just want to make sure options are good and price is good.

I took some guesses, but it seems like he is giving it to you at $2000 over invoice which is a good deal. Is your negotiated price $98305?

Looks like the sale price with all rebates is $92,480 plus doc and fees which is a total cap cost of $93,622. Money Factor is .00115. Residual is 57% at 36 months. Base monthly payment is $1,122 plus sales/use tax. He is including window tint and tire protection.

Are you sure about those options and msrp cost? I am getting an invoice price of $96305. That is a great deal considering it's about $4k under invoice.

I was able to get 7% off from MSRP $108,745.
36months 10k miles per year no money down.
$1230 a month 7% tax included.

Thank you for the replies. I felt it was a good deal so I pulled the trigger last Friday. The car is being sent from another dealer and I pick it up on Wednesday!!!

I did make a couple of changes from the deal presented. I am using the BMW App credit of $700 to offset the acquisition fee of $725 and will lower my monthly payment by $21. No sense in paying sales tax and interest on the acquisition fee. Final monthly payment of $1,183.88 ($1,101.28 + $82.60 taxes).

I found a website with a nice lease calculator that helped with some “what if” scenarios. Running though those scenarios enabled me a much better negotiating position.

Picked up the car this evening and all I can say is WOW!!! I have been leasing BMWs for the past 15 years, all different types of 5 series and the 650xi Gran Coupe is a cut above! I'll post pictures soon, it was dark when I got the car.

The progression of 5-Series that I have leased over the last 15 years have been from the 530s to the 535s and finally a 550 GT. The 550 GT was the only one with Nappa leather. I have always had them well appointed. Maybe it's just because it is 3 years newer than my previous but it seems that the finish on the 650xi is more refined.

My dealer let me drive a 650xi for week to help me decide and that car did not have the Sport package. Now driving one with the sport package it seems like a different car. The exhaust is throatier and with the sport styling on the outside, it looks like it sounds. On the inside, the Anthracite Alcantara Headliner with the Black Nappa leather and Ceramic Controls, surrounds you with opulence.

Don't get me wrong, I have loved every BMW that I have leased but this one is not only a pleasure to drive, it's thrilling to drive. With the long front end and clean lines, the car is just sexy, but sexy in a sophisticated way.

It looks like that is about $1000 over invoice plus the $3500 holiday credit. That is a good deal, but you could probably get that deal from many dealers right now while ordering the exact specs you want.

That is a fairly good deal. Our 640GC with a sticker of $101k is $1,009.00 per month for 36 months with 15k miles per year. We also have the B&O stereo and LED headlights. We did pay down the maximum # of MSD's. I like the idea of 39 months as we lost a couple of months waiting for our ED vehicle to be shipped back. Worth the wait, can't wait till the lease is up so we can go back and do it again.
