Great Expereince with John Dugan at Passport BMW
I just purchased a 2012 X5 from John Dugan at Passport BMW. John was outstanding - best car purchase experience I have ever had. He knew his stuff, was very honest, and best of all, he followed up on everything he promised on-time and with a very positive attitude. He was all about customer service. Highly recommend him to anyone.
