Why wont my central lock system sync-up ?!!!

Why wont my central lock system sync-up ?!!!

I've done what the manual says. Lock passenger unlock . it has worked in the past, but not this time. Also I
Dont see how they got out of sync in the first place I dont touch the doorlocks inside the car. Can someone help please!.
