enginefail safemode 95 bmw 750iL

my bmw, is on enginefail safemode, it starts, stays running, dont over heat, all the features in the car work, goes in to gear but when you press the gas pedal to go theres no throttle.. anyone have any suggestions?

Check the condition of your battery and alternator. A dying battery or alternator can make the cars electrical modules act crazy because of not getting right amount of voltage and then put car in fail safe mode. Also what do the check engine codes day? Grab a scanner and read codes.
