Upper neck broke off radiator, need help.

After a new waterpump and hoses, now the upper plastic neck on the radiator broke off of my 95 325i sedan. It has 220,000 miles on it.
Does anyone know where there might be instructions to R&R the radiator?
What else should I replace while there?
Best place for parts?
Thanks!

Here is a tutorial for radiator replacement, but you will also find countless other tutorials by searching Google for "E36 BMW radiator DIY".

http://www.pelicanparts.com/bmw/tech...eplacement.htm

Also, the entire cooling system needs to be replaced in these cars every 75-100k miles before something breaks and the engine is overheated. Since you've replaced the water pump and hoses already, that leaves the following items needing to be replaced:

- Expansion tank
- Expansion tank cap
- Bleeder screw (replace with brass)
- Thermostat
- Thermostat housing (replace with aluminum)
- Fan
- Belts
- Radiator (or course)

A couple of good places to buy parts are FCP Euro and GetBMWParts.com.

ECS Tuning is a good source too.
They're located in Ohio too (Wadsworth) so that will help keep your shipping charges down.
If you go to Bonehead Performance you can get an all aluminum Mishimoto radiator for about the same price as the OEM and it will have a lifetime warranty.
