no kidding...but last week we got 5 inches and I was fine, this is just really slick stuff But im not getting snow tires for the e36 b/c it will be parked next winter...the e30 on the other hand will have all seasons and winter tires

Stay with me here, because I've never even seen a snow tire. But do you guys keep two sets of rims and tires and switch them in the winter?

Yep, that's the best way to do it. You kinda want 15"s for snows. Plus it's nice to not have deal with swapping tires.
