Picked up my 2013 535i last night

Just gotta say thank you to everyone on these boards for all the insightful information they post regarding options and payment info. It helped me out tremendously.

Picked up a Space Gray with Black Nappa Leather with

• M-sport Package
• Premium Package
• Navigation
• Multi Contour Seats
• Heated Seats
• BMW Apps
• PDC Sensors

I got in on the limited BMW 24 month lease special they have this month.

MSRP was $65195, they sold it to me for $1000 under invoice + the $3250 Rebates/Holiday Cash. I could have gotten a few more dollars off but someone else was looking at the car as well and I didn't want to lose it as it was the last one with Nappa leather and contour sears. So i just ran with it.

Couldn't be happier.

Which dealer did you buy from if I can ask? And what was the residual % and money factor?

Bought it from Monrovia BMW

Residual is 74% and 0.00125 MF

Congrats! Mine is in Brunswick at the port. Told I should have it any day. titanium silver, Nappa, luxury seating, tech, prem sound, ceramic controls, sirius, M Sport, dynamic dampers, driver assistance, shade, sport trans, heated seats. I checked way too many boxes but life's too short, right?

Have you asked around? I recall other markets opening up, not just SoCal as was originally reported.

Great deal.. By the way, let's say that you order a car, and for some reason your circumstances change and you can't take delivery. Can you get all of your money back, without a problem?

Depends on the law in your state. In california, yes. Maybe someone from NY can chime in.

I was able to get a deposit back in NY but I don't know what the law says about it.

Great deal, I have contacted two dealers in San Diego County and one said the deal was for older stock 535i's and they no longer had any models that qualified for the 2 year lease. The second dealer I emailed the Internet department and she replied, "The residuals on these cars are set by BMW and do not vary from dealership." Here are the residuals she emailed and she left the money factor out all together.

10k miles 24 mos. lease 66% residual
12k miles 24 mos. lease 65% residual

Once again great deal.

Each dealer, at least in So Cal was given at least (20) 24 month lease specials. Once they were sold, that was it. Had nothing to do with old or new inventory. It was simply a sales generator to move cars so BMW can compete against Mercedes for year end and take the win.'

Some sold them quickly, others held on to them until someone specifically asked for them.

I called all over So Cal and some had them but wouldnt discount their cars. Others would discount but didn't have the voucher. One dealer offered me $3000 under invoice + the $3250 Holiday Cash+Loyalty+TestDrive, but they could only do a 36-39 month lease.

Finally found one that would do both and I didn't argue with their offer on the car.

I know Shelly BMW has 3 left, as I was there this morning servicing our other car, but they will not go under invoice on their cars.
