F10 2013 F10 Coding -Confirmed

I just want to say thanks for Shawn and other board member for their posts and answering my dumb questions...

I can confirm the following works on a 2013 model F10:

HUD Turnsignal Indicator
HUD Radio and Tele active
Dash- digital speed active
Idrive- TPMS Temperature/Psi Display
Idrive- Sports Screen- shows power/torque
Idrive- DVD Video Enable
Idrive- NAV/CAM disclamer
Idrive- Phone- use iphone rinetone
Idrive- Fuel Stop with route guidance

rearcam -works at any speed
sidecam -works at any speed
topcam -works at any speed

Auto Start/Stop engine -rember last settting
disable- seatbelt alarms
AC - auto remember recirculalte air
AC- remember setting when turned-off
Fog lights active with pathway lighting
Auto-on for auto headlights
High Beam on with Foglights

door- don't stop windows during open/close
Mirrors- Don't go to night mode
key fob- close/open all windows/mirrors/sunroof
key fob- close trunk
inside trunk button -close trunk
comfort access- close/open all windows


Last Question...
How does the comfort access work when closing the windows? I currently have to hold the button down on my fob. Is there another way?

Hold the comfort access handle to close the windows. You have to hold the handle until the windows are all the way up.

thank you very much indeed for all that (very comprehensive) work you have done "to free Willy" from the manufacturer's dungeon.

I just started today (one small step for man.......) with just one feature which is DRL with Taillights on.
For some reason you were able to order your Fxx Bimmers BEFORE 2012 with this option.
Since then you can't anymore (which means you are perfectly camouflaged for any Biker running up before the "Auto" Setting of your main Lights kicks in and you are visible again) and they refuse to do it - even if you want to pay for it !!

So this was the main reason I joined in and it works perfectly :-)))

Means that I will do some more modules (VIM and Cameras at all speeds is on top of the list) and maybe a bit of exploration work as well.

Cable from a German Supplier via Amazon Marketplace.
Connected by VIN to F01 Dataset

There is only one question left:
I installed the whole stuff according to a recipe from some other source which said:
"Copy the contents of the psdzdata\swe folder to esysdata\SWE"
which is about 19.5 GB
The first post here in this thread does not mention any of this and since people are working successfully without this step a presume it is not necessary - or is it ?
