2014's in March

Here's what I've found.

In one dealer system, it shows the MY2013 production runs from July 2012 to June 2013. It also says MY2014 runs from March 2013 to February 2014.

BMWNA said that the MY2014 starts in March and MY2013 ends in February. They also said dealers will get their info packets mid January.

My guess is some of the confusion comes because someone entered the normal "1 year" production in July 2012 when it's not a full year, so if the dealer looks up when the MY2013 ends they see an incorrect June 2013. If they look at MY2014 they see it starts in March. I can't tell you how frustrating it is but my SA likes to forget our conversation and every time I have to deal with him instead of his alternate who gets assigned peon duties I spent a day waiting to hear that he's checked with his region manager and verified the MY2013 going until June is incorrect.
