Are These New Wheels from BMW?

What wheels are on this M5? Are they new "M" style wheels?

Could that be a concept? Those side vents are ugly ugly ugly.

Wheels look too busy for me personally

I agree and what a pain it would be to clean.

I stopped by the dealer today because of slight issue with my wife's X3 and they had two M5's out and the wheels are even busier. The first thing we both said was they would be impossible to clean.

A dealer said that they are no charge 19" wheels. It did not seem to be very believeable to me but that's what I heard.

The delaers were not even notified about it and they received a batch with the 19" wheels.
You can read lots of threads about issues with 19" tires in general over the 18". If yours, like mine, has 18", you might want to keep it that way -- just a thought.

That was before I test drove a car with the Sports Package and 19 " wheels here in NJ and feeling all the pot holes, bumps and meteorite craters, I decided to go standard with the 18 inches.
