Good deal? Bad deal?
Here is what the local dealership is offering. Opinions? It's a lease.
2013 328 xDrive Sportline Moonroof Jet Black Heated front seats 12,000 mi/year They want $5k down, and $396/mo for 39 months. Other option they gave was 4.5 down, $398/mo for 39 mo but that's with 10k/mi year Both payments include tax, title, etc... |

Do not put $5k down on a lease. You can probably lease that car with no down payment for about $450.00/month with no cap cost reduction.
Do your research here on how to negotiate a lease. Find the invoice price, add $500 to $1000 and get a good residual and money factor. Don't let them screw you on the various fees. |

I don't see how I could get to the 450 #.. BMWConfig has the invoice for this car at $40,180, using that as the cap cost with 7% tax, adding in no extra fees with a mf of 0.00125, the cost is still $487/mo. Are you adding in extra security deposits?
Invoice +500, which is what they said they were giving, with a .00125 mf and 5k down is $357/mo. I need to get all the specific #s from them on Monday.. I'm not looking for the deal of the century but I don't want to get bent over either. I have been researching, but must be missing something. Thanks for any help, it is much appreciated. |

I am getting the 1000 holiday credit. I am not a previous customer so I don't get the loyalty.
After looking a lot it seems the deal is 20-30 bucks a month over what it could be. Tomorrow when I get all the detailed numbers I hope to find out where that extra is coming from. |

My wife was in the national guard, I will see if she knows anything about that.
For some reason I thought the app thing was expired. I will do that for sure. Thanks! |

Evidently I can't get the test drive deal because I'm not a current member of BMW FS

Did you have to have the usaa insurance? Or just have a valid usaa member number?
