Hi peeps. Is there anyone that resides in the Las Vegas area that knows for SURE , where to get some GOOD/GREAT mechanic service for the BMW Automobile?

Total $13,481.37 in one year my mechanic swears all these parts are re engineered to work better than the originals lol
